What SourceWise processes
SourceWise turns topics, links, notes, and uploaded files into source-grounded advisor files. During preview and production preparation, we process only the information needed to generate, troubleshoot, secure, and improve the requested advisor workflow.
Materials you provide
Only upload, paste, or link materials you own or have permission to process. Do not upload secrets, credentials, private keys, confidential files, sensitive personal information, paywalled materials, or restricted materials unless you have explicit rights and a production data agreement.
Training and retention
Submitted materials are intended to prepare your requested Builder Skill package, operate the product, prevent abuse, and troubleshoot failed generations. They are not intended to train public models. Uploaded files are processed to extract text for the requested generation; generated package data, account/quota identifiers, payment metadata, support messages, and security logs may be retained for operations, billing reconciliation, abuse prevention, and legal compliance. We aim to keep uploaded/extracted materials only as long as needed to provide the service, debug failed requests, or satisfy applicable obligations.
Analytics, cookies, and account identifiers
SourceWise may use Vercel Analytics and lightweight browser storage or cookies to understand page performance, keep you logged in, remember your account identifier, display free or paid quota, prevent duplicate credit grants, and secure billing or generation flows. Payment card details are handled by the payment provider, not by SourceWise chat or support channels.
Security boundaries
SourceWise attempts to detect credential-like content and may reject files or notes that appear to contain API keys, tokens, private keys, database URLs, or similar secrets. You are still responsible for removing sensitive content before submission.
Contact and deletion
For support, deletion, correction, billing, or account questions, contact aiadvisor@2925.com from the email associated with your SourceWise account. Include the account email, approximate request time, and what you want deleted or corrected. We will use the information to locate account/quota records, generated package records, payment metadata, and support logs where reasonably possible. Do not send passwords, API keys, private keys, or confidential files through support email.
