Permitted use

You may use SourceWise to create synthetic, source-grounded advisor files from materials you are authorized to access and process. The output is a generated aid, not a substitute for professional judgment.

Prohibited use

• Do not use SourceWise to impersonate a real person or organization.
• Do not claim official affiliation, sponsorship, endorsement, or authorization without rights.
• Do not upload secrets, credentials, private keys, database URLs, or confidential information.
• Do not bypass paywalls, login restrictions, access controls, robots.txt, or platform terms.
• Do not rely on generated output as legal, medical, financial, employment, housing, education, or other high-impact professional advice.

Source and rights responsibility

You are responsible for confirming that uploaded, pasted, or linked materials may be used for your requested purpose. SourceWise may refuse or limit processing when rights, safety, or access boundaries are unclear.

Free and paid credits and current deliverables

Free accounts currently receive 5 Agent-executable Builder Skill ZIP generations while paid plans are temporarily unavailable. Starter and Pro plans are planned paid options for additional Builder Skill generation credits once checkout is re-enabled. Unless a separate written agreement says otherwise, each credit creates one Builder Skill ZIP containing SKILL.md, RUN.md, BUILD_TASK.md, OUTPUT_SPEC.md, VALIDATION_CHECKLIST.md, AGENTS.md, templates, a source plan, and manifest.json. This is not the final Perspective Skill yet; your own AI agent runs the Builder Skill to collect sources, write research files, generate the final SKILL.md, validate fidelity, and package the final skill. SourceWise does not guarantee your agent execution quality, source availability, or final result accuracy. Hosted Deep Build is a future option and is not included in current Starter or Pro plans unless explicitly launched and stated on the site.

Billing, cancellation, refunds, and failed generations

Paid plans are temporarily unavailable while Creem review is pending. Once payment is re-enabled, paid plans are billed through the checkout provider shown at purchase. Credits are tied to the account identifier used at checkout and are intended for the billing period shown on the Pricing page unless SourceWise states otherwise in writing. You can request billing help, cancellation guidance, or deletion/correction support at aiadvisor@2925.com. If a paid generation fails before a Builder Skill ZIP is produced, contact support with your account email and approximate request time so SourceWise can investigate and, when appropriate, restore the affected credit. Refunds are reviewed case by case and may depend on payment-provider rules, whether credits were used, abuse signals, and applicable law. SourceWise may pause checkout or credits if payment, webhook, quota, or abuse controls are not operating safely.
